HOURS OF OPERATION
Rain-makers is open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. We have ten sites on Ebay – rain-makers, hollywoodvault, hollywoodvault1, hollywoodvault2, hollywoodvault3, hollywoodvault4, hollywoodvault5, foxauctions, foxstoreauctions, hollywoodshowpieces.
ANSWERING E-MAILED QUESTIONS:
We do not answer e-mails over the weekend but will get to all the e-mails we receive first thing on Monday morning. We will make every effort to answer questions you have regarding our auctions. However, to insure a response, please submit all questions prior to the last 8 hours of an auction. You can also contact us at 888-899-RAIN(7246) or info@rain-makers.net. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE MOVIE STUDIO DIRECTLY WITH QUESTIONS.

NOTIFICATION TO WINNING BIDDERS:
The winning bidder will receive an email following the auction close with a link to our checkout. BUYERS MUST USE THIS RAINMAKERS/ANDALE CHECKOUT FOR US TO PROCESS ORDERS.
BUYERS MUST COMPLETE RAINMAKERS/ANDALE CHECKOUT FOR US TO PROCESS PAYMENTS AND GATHER SHIPPING INFORMATION.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We do not accept personal checks. If one is received, it will be returned to the buyer and the sale will be cancelled. Please read below for instructions on each type of payment.

PAYPAL:
Buyers who pay via paypal need to complete the RAINMAKERS/ANDALE checkout and use the link to Paypal through the checkout. BUYERS CANNOT PAY DIRECTLY TO PAYPAL.

BID CANCELLATION AND BLOCKING BIDDER POLICY:
We reserve the right to cancel bids during an open auction from bidders with negative feedback, private feedback, a history of bid retractions or for those who do not follow the verification process for bids over $1000. We also reserve the right to block non-paying bidders, bidders with negative feedback or those with a history of bid retractions.
FEEDBACK:
We believe in the feedback system and will post feedback for you after feedback is posted for us.
SALES TAX
CALIFORNIA residents pay 8.25% sales tax on items.
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. If we have agreed to accept a return on a damaged item, we must receive it within 7 days upon receipt. We will NOT pay shipping charges on returned items.
