owned and operated by Consign, Inc, or Rainmakers
(the "Rainmakers Web Sites"), and all services

respects the privacy concerns of all users of the

There is no cost to create a Rainmakers Account but

a name other than your real name; also, please do

such as your real name, age, address, telephone number,
occupation and e-mail address.
Other than registration information, you may be asked
to provide certain personal information in connection
with your use of or participation in the Services
being provided by Rainmakers.
If you do provide Rainmakers with personally identifiable
information, we will take all reasonable and appropriate
steps to protect this information. Rainmakers will
not disclose, share, sell or rent personally identifiable
information to any third party without your prior
consent.
Children Under 13 Years of Age:
Rainmakers respects the privacy of children of all
ages. Rainmakers particularly recognizes the sensitivity
of personal information concerning children under
the age of 13 and therefore provides this special
notice to parent(s) or guardian(s) regarding the collection
and use of information collected from children in
this age group. As a general rule, children under
the age of 18 are not allowed to register and/or use
the services of Rainmakers.
Generally speaking, Rainmakers will not knowingly
collect and maintain any personally identifiable information
from children under 13 years of age, without first
obtaining consent from a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 13
years of age and your child has submitted personal
information to Rainmakers without your consent, Rainmakers
will use reasonable efforts to delete your child’s
information from Rainmakers’ files upon request.

request for deleting a child's information.
Parents are encouraged to spend time online with their
children to become familiar with the types of content
available on the Rainmakers Sites and the Internet

services and software manufacturers to create a safe

As part of the registration process to create a Rainmakers
Account or to participate in the Services provided
by Rainmakers, you may be asked to provide certain
information about yourself which does not personally
identify you. Rainmakers requests this information
in order to enhance your online experience by understanding
you better and to also make you aware of new services,
programs or offers in which you may be interested.
In some cases, Rainmakers may be able to collect certain

use of the Services. For example, Rainmakers might

in the member states of the European Union, fully

How to review, update or delete you or your child's
personal account information:
As part of your use of the Services, you are responsible
for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your
Registration Information with current and complete
information. You may edit and delete portions of your
Rainmakers Account information or delete the Rainmakers
